John R Henderson
Director and CEO
John R. Henderson, FCA, is a chartered accountant with over 25 years experience in Hong Kong and Canada. He is managing director of The Pacific Rim Group, a business advisory and investment organization with offices in Hong Kong and Vancouver. He has held CEO and director roles in public and private companies in North America and Asia, particularly in the areas of technology, telecommunications, retail and international trade. Mr. Henderson is currently a director of BC Ferries, one of the largest passenger ferry operations in the world, and an executive in residence at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. Mr. Henderson has served as chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong, as well as co-chair of the Canadian International School of Hong Kong. He is a governor of the University of British Columbia Alumni Association Branch in Hong Kong and served as president in 1998.  Mr. Henderson graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor of commerce degree. In 1997, he was elected a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Guillermo Ruderman
Sales Engineering Manager

Guillermo Ruderman. Graduated in 1994 form the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1994, Guillermo joined BGH S.A, official and exclusive distributor of Motorola, working in a special SmartCard project as a technical product support specialist and software developer. Later on he moved to BGH’s Telecommunication Engineering department and occupied the position of Systems Engineer working with different technologies such as SCADA, conventional and trunked radio systems being involved in all phases of projects from planning to installation. In 1998 Guillermo joined Motorola Argentina as an RF Systems Engineer in the Cellular Infrastructure Group. He specialized in CDMA RF systems, planned system coverage, configured radio access network equipment and measured performance in live networks through Latin America. Later on he moved to the Project Management position being involved in several projects with major cellular providers in Argentina and Uruguay.

In 2005, after relocating to Vancouver, Guillermo joined Pacific Rim mobile Technologies where he has been involved in the Technical and Sales Support areas for our worldwide customers and distribution network.

Kerry Y. Wang
Sales and Business Development Manager

Kerry Y Wang, BA. Eng, obtained her engineering degree in computer science in 1995 from the Institute of Information and Technologies of Beijing University in China.  Prior to joining the PRMT team in 2005, Kerry’s professional career roles included Senior Sales and Business Development Manager with Zi Copporation Canada, Wireless Product Manager with Lenovo and Joint Venture Project Coordinator for Mannesmann (merged by Vodafone in 2000). 

Kerry possesses over 11 years of international sales and marketing experience with 8 years focusing on the wireless technology sector.  Kerry was born and raised in China and relocated to Vancouver in 2003. She is fluent in both English and Chinese.  Her responsibilities at PRMT include developing Asian Pacific markets, establishing long term relationships with fast growing leading Telecomunication/3G companies as well as service operators.
